Duro-Fast™ AnchorBoard™ System
Featuring the Duro-Fast SmartFuse™ Board and Duro-Fast Volt™, this revolutionary innovation from Duro-Last® is designed to reduce rooftop labor and enhance installation efficiencies by utilizing a proprietary mobile thermal bonding system.
Duro-Fast SmartFuse Board
This high-density polyisocyanurate insulation panel is specifically designed for use with thermally bonded systems using the Duro-Fast Volt welder. SmartFuse is lined with a proprietary thermally-activated adhesive layer, allowing a Duro-Last PVC fleece or Duro-TECH™ TPO fleece membrane to bond to the surface of the board itself, rather than relying on specialized plates.
Duro-Fast Volt
A self-propelled power unit that features a 20-inch (508-mm) heating element located underneath the Volt for thermal bonding applications. The unit is digitally controlled through a control panel on the front of the unit, and the operating parameters are preprogrammed. The touchscreen LCD provides intuitive and informative visual feedback.
Duro-Last
PVC TPO Tie-In
An industry first! The Duro-Last PVC TPO Tie-In was developed to address installations that require an efficient tie-in between TPO and PVC membrane installations on the rooftop.

Consisting of vinyl-clad metal with a laminated TPO film on one side and PVC laminated film on the other, as well as corresponding membrane skirts factory-welded to each side, the Duro-Last PVC TPO Tie-In is fastened every 6 inches on center at the joint where the two membrane installations meet. The attached skirts are then welded down to create a watertight connection.

SWIF Rack
From solar-ready to solar-preferred, the next generation of solar racking solutions for the Duro-Last Roofing System is here and better than ever!

Invented by Steve Leslie and his daughter April Chen, longtime Duro-Last contractor and owner of Competitive Commercial Roofing, the SWIF Rack was designed specifically to address the traditional challenges of ballasted solar rack systems, which can be challenging to install and limit the long-term serviceability of the membrane installation.

SWIF Rack, named for its base as a “Standoff with Integrated Foot,” is a modular rooftop mounting platform designed to accommodate photovoltaic arrays with minimal rooftop intervention. The elevated stands make installation quick and efficient, also allowing for the use of bi-facial panels to capture even more solar energy for the building owner, while Duro-Last custom membrane flashings integrate flawlessly with the stands for a watertight finish.
VADA® Vented
Roof System
VADA vented roof systems, a tried and true roof installation method for more than 30 years, is now available through Duro-Last!

Designed to combine seamlessly with existing, intact single-ply roofing systems, VADA Vents utilize negative pressure and air flow principles to hold roofing membranes firmly in place, reducing the risk of wind uplift in high-wind conditions.

This FM and UL tested and approved system is compatible with all Duro-Last PVC and Duro-TECH TPO membranes.
