If you thought Monday’s General Session was packed full of excitement, today was bursting at the seams. Company leaders explored the growing National Accounts program, roof evaluations, service and quality attributes to stand out among the competition, sustainable and efficient insulation solutions, the psychology of marketing, tech tools to enhance your ordering processes and the six stages of selling a commercial roof. Duro-Last® Regional Sales Manager Mike Jenkins even led a round table session with members of the Quality Assurance Tech Rep team, who shared invaluable insight into improving quality scores and how to improve installation efficiencies.

Tuesday’s General Session was headlined by keynote speaker Erik Qualman. Erik’s engaging presentation highlighted how we can focus on the big things versus the busy things in a world of constant change. By empowering ourselves to become leaders in the digital space, we can become disruptors in the marketplace and drive the roofing industry to new heights.
DCA Commercial Roofing was named the Roofing Challenge champion and the Roof of the Year Project Award was also recognized during the show. Merit Roofing Systems took home the Roof of the Year honor for it’s comprehensive and impressive installation at First Baptist Church of Odessa in Odessa, Texas.
